I did the AIDA 3 course with them. They know how to manage the perfect balance between being professional and punctilious with the technique without leaving aside the human side; at all times I felt at home and without the pressure of having to finish on time.
They are passionate about what they do and it shows in every moment and that same passion and peace is what they transmit at all times. He emphasised that they have a very authentic camp, where the moment you enter the camp you feel different, your heart rate starts to drop. Don't expect a mega infrastructure, they are in development, but they have absolutely everything you need, including the quality and condition of the equipment. They took the time to survey the whole island to find out the best dive sites depending on the weather conditions. I got to do the course with Valeria, I will be eternally grateful for her dedication and patience. I was also lucky enough to share a day with Adam who naturally became an open book.

I spent six days with Valeria and Adam at Freedive Menorca, where they helped me work on my technique and gave me lots of helpful tips and pointers. I really enjoyed their individual teaching styles, their calm and methodical instruction and their professional approach to each and every dive. They made me feel at ease during my rope training dives and made sure that I was well prepared for each and every cave dive.
I would highly recommend this company to divers of all levels as I have witnessed first-hand how Adam and Valeria can cater to specific needs and requests. I also appreciated that I had the chance to experience a variety of dive sites and do a little 'exploring' in the beautiful underwater caves that are all around the island. The caves are truly breathtaking ... or perhaps I should say awe-inspiring 😉 The whole experience surpassed my expectations. There is so much to see and I couldn't imagine a better pair to see these sites with!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time and I cannot wait to get back to dive with these guys again ASAP!

I recently completed AIDA level 2 with my partner and we were extremely happy after spending 3 days completing the course with Freedive Menorca. The class was small in our case it was just the two off us which allowed for a lot of focus on us and at the end of the course we had both gotten a lot out of it. Menorca is the perfect place to take part in the spot of freediving with beautiful clear water. I highly recommend Freedive Menorca.

Just returned from an awesome week long trip to Menorca with Freedive Menorca as our hosts and guides. I have been fortunate to have been on many Freediving trips to different countries and rate this one up there with the best. We were guided to epic dive sites involving caves and swim throughs and have left wanting more as so much more to see and explore. Adam, Valeria and Jean Paul were fantastic guides and instructors with a strong focus on both safety and enjoyment. Highly recommend this outfit and location to anyone looking for Freediving training or adventure.

I've just spent a fantastic week diving with the guys from Freedive Menorca. They take you to sites off the beaten track and find beautiful locations with swim-throughs and hundreds of fish (you only have to look at their photos to see how good the diving is). Adam is super chilled and gives excellent step by step advice to improve your skills. I was nervous about doing swim-throughs so Adam and Jean Paul accompanied me through them until by the end of the week I was happy to do them on my own. A first class service from lovely, friendly people. I highly recommend.
